Help with CIFD Human Service Data Delivery System (HSDS)

If you're having issues with the Human Service Data Delivery System (HSDS), try these initial troubleshooting steps first before submitting a support request.

  1. Clear your browser cache and cookies
  2. Use a supported browser
    • OAS works best on Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.
  3. Make sure your browser is up to date

California Public Records Act (CPRA)

We believe in transparency and accountability in which the public can inspect or receive a copy of records unless exempted from disclosure under the act. The Custodian of Records coordinates the retrieval and production of documents in response to subpoenas and California Public Records Act (CPRA) or Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests received by the Community Investment for Families Department (CIFD).
